Deposits and final payments can be made with cash or credit cards only.

LKA Computer Consultants Inc. is pleased to have the opportunity to repair your computer equipment. Those with manufacturer's warranty please note that only hardware repairs are covered. Software configurations, end-user errors, consumable items and virus related problems are NOT covered under the manufacturer warranty. If the diagnostic exam concludes that the problem is NOT due to hardware failure, the end-user/customer will be responsible for the cost as outlined below. Warranty coverage is limited to replacement of bad hardware parts. 

LKA Computer Consultant's Inc. will not be responsible for customer machines after thirty (30) days of being contacted for pick up.

DIAGNOSTIC FEE $85.00

This Service Consist of The Following:

An LKA Computer Technician will troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and provide you with an estimate for repair for your equipment. This fee is for Diagnosis only. The Diagnostic fee will be applied towards the cost of repair. That is a non-refundable fee whether your machine is repaired or not.

Hourly Labor Rate $85.00 Per Hour

This Service Consist of The Following:

An LKA Computer Technician will repair or install computer equipment at a cost of $85.00 per hour.  You may request an "Estimate" of how many hours anticipated repairing or installing your equipment prior to approval of the service needed.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be needed to order parts before any work can be scheduled.  The balance will be due in full upon completion of the repair.

All computer manufacturers recommend regular backups to save guard against unexpected loss of data or information.  Certain system evaluations or repair could cause data loss.  LKA will not be responsible for customer lost data or information. 

                Please Note: LKA honors the industry's standard 90-day warranty on all repairs and service parts;

* Hourly Labor Rate for Projector - $95.00.  All Color LaserJet, Plotter, and Solid Ink Printers will be charged at the minimum rate of $150 per hour for Labor, and the travel fee will be at a minimum rate of $60. There will be an additional charge of  $.39 for anything after 25 miles.
